• Create a personal user account.
• Veterinarian or specialist should be able to assist you and your animal in the best possible way.
• Keep records in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Check active animal insurance with insurance companies.

Personal data and information about booked meetings are treated in confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not store any personal data longer than necessary.

Video call with a veterinarian or specialist is recorded and maintained for 72 hours for reporting purposes and for customer support. Only FirstVet personnel have access to the video call and the recording is automatically deleted after 72 hours.
