Jessica Mc Namara

Jess qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005. Initially after graduation, she completed an Equine internship and then took a role in mixed practice before settling into small animal practice. Jess enjoys all aspects of general practice and the balance between surgery and internal medicine. She particularly likes the consulting aspect of her job, meeting different people and developing trust while ensuring that consultations are stress-free for the dogs, cats and their owners. Her special interests are geriatric medicine and management of chronic pain. Jess joined FirstVet in September 2021.
