2. Consult with a vet via video call
Get advice from an experienced FirstVet vet through a video call. You’ll get a reminder by text shortly before the video call starts.
3. Get the journal to your email
After your consultation with the vet, you’ll get an email with the full record of your pets symptoms and the vet's recommendation.

The vets can help you decide whether an issue is an emergency, or when to visit a vet clinic. If your pet needs to visit a vet for an examination or treatment, then you will be directed to your registered vet.
