• Create a personal user account.
• Veterinarian or specialist should be able to assist you and your animal in the best possible way.
• Keep records in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prescribe any prescription.
• Check active animal insurance with insurance companies.

Video calls with a veterinarian or specialist are recorded and maintained for 72 hours for reporting and for customer support purposes. Only FirstVet personnel have access to the video call and the recording is automatically deleted after 72 hours.
