Dr. Sandy Rosete earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 1996. Upon graduation, Dr. Rosete returned to her adopted home state of New Mexico, where she practiced small animal and exotics medicine. In her long career, Dr. Rosete also practiced in Nevada, Hawaii (which was awesome!) and Northern California. In 2013, Dr. Rosete purchased a veterinary hospital, which allowed her to develop a deeper bond with the community and more effectively meet the needs of pets and pet parents. In her spare time, Dr. Rosete enjoys spending time with her husband, their newly adopted special needs dog, Sonrisa, and their two cats, Timmy and Millie. She enjoys hiking, biking and spending time taking in the beauty of nature. Dr. Rosete joined FirstVet in 2021.
