<table><tbody><tr><td>Dr. Rachel McEnroe graduated from the University of Tennessee (UT) in Knoxville with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Health, and a DVM from the UT College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Following graduation, she began a residency in anatomic pathology at Purdue University. Although she enjoyed exploring the intricacies of disease processes through biopsy evaluations and necropsies, she realized that working with clients and their live pets in person would be more fulfilling. Since then she has worked at various small animal clinics in Indiana, Georgia and Tennessee. She enjoys educating clients on how to manage and treat their pets’ diseases, as well as promoting preventive medicine and supporting the human animal bond. She strives to improve and maintain a good quality of life for her patients and their pet parents. Dr. McEnroe, her husband (also a small animal vet), and their children are grateful to now call Knoxville home. She grew up snuggling with golden retrievers, but her current furry companions are Winnie, a sweet and spicy calico cat (who was her first surgery patient in school), and Roo, an orange female American Bobtail cat. </td></tr></tbody></table>
