Katie lives in Illinois with her family, 2 dogs, and a cat. She has been a certified veterinary technician for 11 years and has extensive experience in emergency and critical care as well as general practice. She also has her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Equine and Swine Management. When she is not saving the world one animal at a time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and reading.
