Nedra James is a licensed veterinary technician from New York. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Pace University before pursuing a second degree in Veterinary Technology at LaGuardia Community College. She then earned her Master's Degree in Biology at Miami University. Nedra has experience in both clinical and laboratory animal medicine, working with several species ranging from mice, rabbits, cats and dogs to non-human primates. Nedra’s special interests include emergency and critical care, wildlife conservation and would love to learn about zoo medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, Broadway shows and learning about new cultures. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her family and her 3 cats.
