What do our customers say?

“The vet was fantastic! She put my worries at ease and explained the most likely scenario which made perfect sense. She was very empathetic and displayed genuine concern about his discomfort and provided me with detailed information and what to expect and things to look out for. Great news is it wasn't anything serious and I feel a lot better knowing Zero is going to be just fine. We don't have a 24 hour vet near me and it was another few hours before our regular vet would be open. Not having to worry about my dog suffering until I could get to his vet was worth way more than $35. If he wasn't taking up my entire bed I would actually be able to sleep worry free! “

“Wonderful service from a great vet! I couldn’t find a vet near me who was open and I got a meeting with Firstvet within minutes. The doctor did a thorough assessment of my kitty and his medical history in considering his health issue. She gave great guidance on how to manage his care at home. It's such a relief to have easy access to vets who can lay out steps for home care and give you clear guidance about when an issue requires an in-person visit. Peace of mind for me, and stress-free care for my pet! Thank you so much for this service!”

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Givler. I came home from work at 2:30am to find my dog lethargic and with intestinal issues. I called an animal hospital near me and after hearing my dog’s symptoms said he needed critical care but that they were at capacity. I luckily found FirstVet and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Givler within 20 minutes. She walked me through his exam and taught me how to check his cap refill with such a calm presence. We had a lot of ground to cover in a short period of time and yet I never felt rushed and she answered every single question I had. Her bedside manner is top notch and everything I needed. Truly a gem!
