Mary qualified from the University of Edinburgh Vet School in 2012. She initially worked as a mixed practice vet in the North East of England before moving back to Edinburgh in 2014 to work solely with small animals. She became a locum veterinary surgeon in 2016. This has given her more time to travel the world and carry out veterinary volunteering. Mary enjoys all aspects of general practice. When not working or travelling, she loves to bake and spend time in the beautiful Scottish outdoors! Mary joined FirstVet in June 2020.
