Insurance offer

In the UK, FirstVet is free to use for customers of our insurance partners. Insurance partner customers can use FirstVet to make video calls with experienced, UK-registered vets from their smartphones. FirstVet vets can offer simple treatment recommendations, advice, or referral to a local vet clinic.

Do I have to pay a deductible?
No, if you are insured with one of our insurance partners, FirstVet is free to use.

Will it affect my premium?
No. Using FirstVet will not affect your premium.

Can FirstVet replace my regular vet?
No. FirstVet should be seen as a complement to, not a replacement for in-clinic care. We are actively working with the veterinary industry to make sure all pet owners have access to the best vet care, whenever wherever they need it.
