Why does my dog's tummy rumble?

A rumbling stomach can be a sign of irritation in the stomach or intestine. If the dog seems well, has a good appetite and normal faeces one does not have to worry about the rumbling. If, on the other hand, the dog is nauseous, try feeding an easily digestible diet (either a ready made veterinary diet, or cooked rice and chicken fillet) for a few days to see if it improves.
