How often should you clean your dog’s ears?

Dogs that do not suffer from any ear problems do not need their ears cleaned. If you clean a healthy dog’s ears you can interfere with the natural balance of the flora there, and in the worst-case scenario cause a problem. Dogs with ear issues, however, often require frequent ear cleansing. How often and what cleansing solutions to use is specific to each individual.
