Ask the vet - Cat

Why does my cat’s tummy rumble?

Vet at FirstVet answers:

A rumbling stomach can be due to an irritated gastrointestinal tract. If this happens every now and then and your cat otherwise seems well, then you do not have anything to worry about. Something might not be right, however, if your cat has a poor appetite or is picky with its food, has loose stools or intermittent vomiting.
