Ask the vet - Rabbit
Are carrots and cucumber good for rabbits?
Vet at FirstVet answers:
Surprisingly, cucumber and carrots are not very good for rabbits. They should be given in small amounts and should be considered treats. Both carrots, and particularly cucumber, are not rich in fibre. They also contain a large amount of carbohydrates that contribute to obesity in rabbits. If you, despite this, want to offer your rabbit cucumber and carrots, it is best to only give a small sliver of each once a week.
