Ask the vet - Rabbit
How often can you treat a rabbit with Stronghold?
Vet at FirstVet answers:
Rabbits break down the active component in Stronghold much faster than dogs and cats do. It is therefore recommended to apply Stronghold once a week in rabbits, instead of once a month, which is the recommendation for dogs. If your rabbit has a fur mite infection you need to sanitise the cage with disinfectants such as Vircon in conjunction with each Stronghold treatment. The disinfectant can be purchased at your veterinary clinic and most well equipped pet shops.
